Szur named UA diving coach

Brad Szurgot was named the diving coach for the Arkansas Lady Razorbacks, replacing Dale Schultz, who retired after 11 seasons to enter private business.
    He comes to Arkansas after a two-year stint as the U.S. Military Academy's men's and women's diving coach.
    Szurgot helped the Cadets win the 1999-2000 Patriot League men's title. Five of Szurgot's six divers qualified for the finals with one winning the men's 3-meter springboard title.
    He also was the diving and assistant swimming coach at Evansville, was named the 1997-98 Missouri Valley Conference men's and women's diving coach of the year.
    Szurgot has also coached at Southern Illinois, Georgetown and Northern Michigan.
