The primary goal of the Newspapers In Education program is to strengthen instruction at all levels through the use of the newspaper.     The Arkansas Democrat-Gazette NIE program offers newspapers at a special rate of $.18 per copy ($1 Sunday) for use in schools, colleges, universities and other nontraditional educational settings throughout its circulation area.
